The Investment Association of China，IAC

    中國投資協(xié)會（The Investment Association of China，IAC）是經(jīng)中華人民共和國民政部登記注冊，具有社團法人資格的全國性社會團體，是中國投資建設(shè)領(lǐng)域權(quán)威性、綜合性社團組織。黨建主管機關(guān)為中央和國家機關(guān)工作委員會，業(yè)務(wù)主管部門為國家發(fā)展和改革委員會。
    2000年，根據(jù)國家有關(guān)文件精神，原國家發(fā)展計劃委員會決定將1980年成立的中國固定資產(chǎn)投資建設(shè)研究會和1995年成立的中國投資協(xié)會合并重組，并于2001年2月17日召開會員大會正式成立新的中國投資協(xié)會。選舉國家計委原副主任、顧問陳光健為會長，國家開發(fā)投資公司總經(jīng)理王文澤為常務(wù)副會長，國家計委投資研究所所長張漢亞為秘書長。2009年3月28日，協(xié)會選舉產(chǎn)生了第三屆理事會，選舉張漢亞為會長，葉匯、宋紹樂、周培年等21位為副會長。聘請陳錦華、成思危、陳光健、石啟榮為名譽會長，張國寶、解振華、朱之鑫、彭森、張曉強、杜鷹、穆虹、鹿心社、張力軍、姜偉新、李榮融、陳元、范福春、劉琦、鄧楠、包克辛等16位國務(wù)院有關(guān)部委領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為高級顧問，丁士昭、王文澤、王春正、王榮生、史大楨、佘健明、吳小平等36位老領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、老專家為特邀顧問，胡祖才、李樸民、趙家榮、師榮耀等32位國家發(fā)展改革委和有關(guān)部委的相關(guān)司長為特邀常務(wù)理事。
       經(jīng)過20年的發(fā)展，中國投資協(xié)會現(xiàn)有會員1000余家，既有國有、民營和外資企業(yè)，也有專家學(xué)者，幾乎涵蓋了各個行業(yè)。協(xié)會下設(shè)多個專業(yè)委員會、6個中心、5個職能部門和1個組織工作委員會。在過去的多年發(fā)展歷程中，中國投資協(xié)會在國家發(fā)展改革委及有關(guān)部門的指導(dǎo)下，在廣大會員的關(guān)心和支持下，深入貫徹落實科學(xué)發(fā)展觀，堅持服務(wù)宗旨，在為國家經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展與改革服務(wù)、為會員和各類投資主體服務(wù)、為提高投資項目管理水平和投資效益服務(wù)等方面取得了顯著成績。
       今后，中國投資協(xié)會將按照協(xié)會的宗旨，繼續(xù)以國家和全體會員為主要服務(wù)對象，全心全意地為國家經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展與改革出謀劃策，為促進會員單位的發(fā)展和維護會員的權(quán)益盡心盡力，為當(dāng)好政府和會員單位之間的橋梁紐帶做出應(yīng)有的貢獻。雙擊此處添加文字

       中國投資協(xié)會是經(jīng)中華人民共和國民政部登記注冊，具有社團法人資格的全國性社會團體，是中國投資建設(shè)領(lǐng)域權(quán)威性、綜合性社團組織。其業(yè)務(wù)指導(dǎo)部門為國家發(fā)展和改革委員會。經(jīng)過20年的發(fā)展，中國投資協(xié)會現(xiàn)有會員千余家，既有國有、民營和外資企業(yè)，也有專家學(xué)者，幾乎涵蓋了各個行業(yè)。協(xié)會下設(shè)16個專業(yè)委員會、6個中心、5個職能部門和1個組織工作委員會。在過去的歷程中，中國投資協(xié)會在國家發(fā)展改革委及有關(guān)部門的指導(dǎo)下，在廣大會員的關(guān)心和支持下，深入貫徹落實科學(xué)發(fā)展觀，堅持服務(wù)宗旨，在為國家經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展與改革服務(wù)、為會員和各類投資主體服務(wù)、為提高投資項目管理水平和投資效益服務(wù)等方面取得了顯著成績。

自2012年國家發(fā)改委牽頭國務(wù)院十三部委制定并出臺了<關(guān)于鼓勵和支持中國企業(yè)境外投資>的重大政策后，中國海外投資開始掀起熱潮。為了進一步貫徹落實國家的海外投資政策，促進中國企業(yè)海外投資的健康發(fā)展，中國投資協(xié)會決定成立海外投資聯(lián)合會（簡稱“海合會”），吸引中國有開展海外投資業(yè)務(wù)的企業(yè)加入，攜手走出國門，尋求投資機會。同時引進國外先進技術(shù)，提升國內(nèi)企業(yè)核心競爭力。海合會作為中國企業(yè)與世界各國政府、駐華使館投資合作的重要平臺，以打造國際的、權(quán)威的、專業(yè)性的智庫為目標(biāo)，為企業(yè)提供海內(nèi)外綜合服務(wù)，其擁有由國務(wù)院研究室、外交部、國家發(fā)改委、國家質(zhì)檢總局、司法部、商務(wù)部等資深專家和省部、司長退休人員組成的專家咨詢委員會，以其豐富外交、法律和經(jīng)濟投資經(jīng)驗，憑借最準(zhǔn)確的海外市場信息和最具參考價值的海外投資解析，為海外投資企業(yè)和即將赴海外發(fā)展的企業(yè)提供風(fēng)險防范，出具可行性分析報告等全方位的服務(wù)。

海合會開展大量海外投資項目及國內(nèi)政策解讀論壇活動，組織會員前往各國考察當(dāng)?shù)赝顿Y項目，會見各國使臣和國家要員深入了解當(dāng)?shù)赝顿Y環(huán)境及項目接洽。為中國企業(yè)走出海外，提供了非常良好的海外市場實地分析考察機會，并為中國企業(yè)在海外投資搭建起更加便利更有保障的橋梁，也為引進外國項目共享世界新經(jīng)濟，做出了貢獻。

    The Investment Association of China (IAC) is a national social organization registered in the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China. It is an authoritative and comprehensive organization in the field of investment in China and is guided by the National Development and Reform Commission. After more than 20 years of development, IAC now has more than 1,000 members which covering almost all sectors, including state-owned, private and foreign enterprises, as well as experts and scholars. The association is consisting of Sixteen professional committees, six centers, five functional departments, and one organizing committee. In the past decade, IAC has been thoroughly applying the scientific outlook on development and pursuit its principle of service . Thanks to the guidance of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and the support of its members, IAC had made remarkable achievements in multiple service areas: service for national economic and social development and reform, service for members and various investment entities, and service for improving investment project’s management and efficiency. Since 2012, National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) led 13 departments of State Council to formulate and introduce important policies of encouraging and supporting overseas investment of Chinese enterprises which started the upsurge of overseas investment. In order to further implement the state's overseas investment policies which would promote the healthy development of overseas investment of Chinese enterprises, Overseas Investment Union (OIU) was set up by The Investment Association of China (IAC), OIU aims to attract Chinese enterprises which intend to develop overseas affairs, going out hand-by-hand for new development opportunities and at the same time increase the core competitiveness of local companies by introducing advanced technology from the outside world. Being an important investment platform among Chinese enterprises, various governments and embassies in China, OIU intends to establish international, authorized and professional think tank which provide companies with comprehensive local and overseas services. Its advisory commission comprises experts from the Research Office of the State 3 Council, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Development and Reform Commission, General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Commerce as well as retired officials. With their rich diplomatic, legal and economic investment experiences, the most accurate overseas market information and the most valuable overseas investment analysis are guaranteed, the association thus is able to provide enterprises with comprehensive services including risk management and feasibility analysis. OIU has successful hold a large number of forums to elaborate the overseas investment projects and domestic policy and organized members to inspect local investment projects, hold meetings with envoys and local officials to further understand the investment environment and negotiate the project. OIU has provided a very good platform for Chinese companies who want to expand their business overseas and has helped them analyze the local market, built a smooth and firm channel to invest overseas, also has made a huge contribution in building reciprocal relationships by introducing foreign projects.雙擊此處添加文字
